Processing Queue Overview

The Processing Queue sorts and categorizes incoming Corridor Access Requests (CAR) and Traffic Management Plans (TMP), making it easy for RCA (Road Controlling Authority) users to efficiently manage new and revised applications.

Benefits and Functions

Benefits

  • Improved Efficiency: Quickly identify new submissions, previously approved, or declined applications.

  • Simple Prioritization: Use filters to prioritize applications with tight deadlines or those causing significant disruption.

  • Streamlined Management: Easily view, claim, or reassign applications, redistributing workload among the team.

Key Functions

  • Application Grouping: Automatically categorizes applications by status (new or revised) and assignee (claimed, unclaimed, or all).

  • Filtering Options: A range of filters helps narrow down applications for quicker processing.
