Why Can't I Log In?
If you're having trouble logging in to MyWorksites, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check Your Email Address and Password
Ensure that the email address you're using matches the one provided during registration.
Remember that your password is case-sensitive.
2. Forgot Your Password?
If you're still unable to log in, try resetting your password:
Use the "Forgot your password?" link to reset your password (under where you provide your log in details, on the log in screen - screenshot below).
Once reset, log in using your new password.
Warning: too many incorrect log in attempts will put your account into a 'locked' state, where you will be unable to log in or reset your password for 30 minutes. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our helpdesk via the help widget.
If you are still unable to log in after resetting your password, please contact our helpdesk using your registered email address for further assistance.
3. Could Not Be Authenticated with These Credentials?
If you see this error, it’s possible that your account may be in an "archived" state. Contact our helpdesk to confirm the status of your account and resolve the issue.
