1. Check Your Email Address and Password
Ensure that the email address you're using matches the one provided during registration.
Remember that your email address is case-sensitive. Double-check if your email was set up with capital letters, and ensure you are entering it exactly as registered.
2. Forgot Your Password?
If you're still unable to log in, try resetting your password:
Use the Forgot Password link to reset your password.
Once reset, log in using your new password.
If you are still unable to log in after resetting your password, please contact our helpdesk using your registered email address for further assistance.
3. Could Not Be Authenticated with These Credentials?
If you see this error, it’s possible that your account may be in an "archived" state. Contact our helpdesk to confirm the status of your account and resolve the issue.
