We can help with things like setting up your login or when there is a technical issue with myWorksites.
We are not able to provide information or support relating to your CAR or TMP application. If you need to ask a question about your CAR or TMP you will need to contact the RCA directly.
Do you have a knowledge base?
Yes you can search our knowledge base here. Each RCA also provides information and guidance on their own websites.
Does myWorksites offer phone support?
We do not offer phone support for myWorksites.
If you are struggling to describe a problem or idea it can be helpful to create a video using a tool like loom.com and send that in with your support request.
When can I expect a reply?
Typically our humans respond to support requests within one business day - but if you don't mind chatting with our AI chatbot, she may be able to help you quicker.
