To check on the status of your submitted Worksite or TMP application, you will need to contact the Road Controlling Authority (RCA) directly. myWorksites itself does not track or provide detailed progress updates on TMP applications.

While myWorksites facilitates the submission and management of applications, the actual processing, updates, and approval timelines are managed by the relevant external authorities responsible for reviewing and approving your application.

How to Communicate with the RCA

  • Comments, Images, and Files Panel: Once your Worksite or TMP is submitted, the 'Comments, Images, and Files' panel within the application can be used to communicate directly with the RCA.

RCA Assignee

  • When a Corridor Access Manager or Traffic Management Coordinator is assigned to your Worksite or TMP, their contact details will be added under the RCA Assignee field within the application.

  • If your TMP was submitted to multiple RCAs, the contact details for all assigned Corridor Access Managers or Traffic Management Coordinators will be available in the panel.

  • Any key actions or comments recorded by the RCA will be noted in the history section (at the bottom of the Worksite or TMP overview screen) and will include their name.

  • Most RCAs consolidate external communications through their call centre or a centralised inbox. If you contact the relevant RCA, provide your Worksite or TMP reference and the people you've been dealing as part of your enquiry.

Role of myWorksites Support

The myWorksites support team is available to assist with technical issues related to the platform, such as login problems or system errors. However, they do not have access to specific TMP application details or processing status. All inquiries regarding the status of your application should be directed to the relevant RCA or review authority.
