Worksites can be transferred to another applicant using the below process.

How to Transfer a Worksite Application

Steps:

  1. Open the Worksite Application: Open the Worksite you wish to transfer.

  2. Scroll to "Contacts and Affected Parties": Navigate down to this section.

  3. Click "Edit": Modify the contacts associated with the Worksite.

  4. Scroll to the "Applicant" Section: In the Worksite Contacts and Affected Parties window, find the "Applicant" section.

  5. Click "Change Worksite Applicant": Enter the details of the new applicant.

  6. Add New Applicant's Details: Provide the information for the new applicant.

  7. Include TMPs (Optional): If you'd like to transfer associated Traffic Management Plans (TMPs), check the relevant box.

  8. Confirm Agreement: Check the box confirming that you have discussed the transfer with the receiving applicant.

  9. Click "Transfer": Complete the process by clicking "Transfer." You will be redirected to your dashboard after the transfer.

Key Points to Remember:

  • Once the transfer is completed, you will no longer be able to access or edit the Worksite. Only users with "Contractor" permission at the receiving company can make updates.

  • The new applicant will receive an email notification confirming the transfer.

  • The Worksite will be revised, and the Worksite history will show a new entry detailing the ownership transfer.

Transfers for Drafts and Submitted Applications:

  • New Drafts: Draft applications can be transferred.

  • Submitted Applications: To transfer a submitted application, first create a revision, then follow the steps outlined above.
