Mandatory contacts for a Worksite
A Worksite must have a minimum set of contacts associated with it. Some of the contacts are specified at the Organisation level, and some are at the User level.
Client
The Client is the Organisation who the CAR and TMP will be for.
Type: Organisation
It is specified when the Worksite is originally created and cannot be changed.
There can only be one Client for the Worksite.
Principal Client Contact
The Principal Client Contact is the User on behalf of the Client.
Type: User
They must be a member of the Client Organisation.
You can change who the Principal Client Contact is from the Worksite overview screen.
There can only be one Principal Client Contact for the Worksite.
Bill Payer
The Bill Payer is the party who will pay any associated fees and charges in relation to the CAR or TMP.
Type: Organisation & User (both selected)
They are often the Client, but not always. The system allows for flexibility. be a member of the Client Organisation.
You can change who the Bill Payer is from the Worksite overview screen.
There can only be one Bill Payer for the Worksite.
Applicant
The Applicant is the party who will use myWorksites to submit, manage and oversee the CAR and TMP.
Type: Organisation & User (both selected)
The Applicant is set by default when the Worksite is created and will be based on who the User is at the time they created the Worksite, and which Organisation they were operating under.

There can only be one Applicant for the Worksite.
The Applicant User receives most of the notifications generated by myWorksites.
Applicants have permission to edit the Worksite and TMP.

Other Contacts & Affected Party types
A Worksite or TMP may have additional contacts associated to it. These contacts are key stakeholders and by adding them to the Worksite or TMP, you provide them and their Organisations access to view, contribute, collaborate and update information depending on the role you assign for them.
You can add, remove and chance who these contacts are from the Worksite Overview Screen (screenshot below).
Worksite on behalf of
If you are preparing and managing CARs and TMPs on behalf of another person or Organisation, you can set them as this party type.
Type: Organisation and User
Enables you to continue to use myWorksites on behalf of them to submit and monitor CARs and TMPs.
You can change who the Worksite on behalf of is from the Worksite overview screen.
There can only be one Worksite on behalf of for the worksite.
Primary Contractor
The Organisation who is undertaking the physical works outlined in the CAR on behalf of the Client.
Type: Organisation & User
You can change who the Primary Contractor is from the Worksite overview screen.
There can only be one Principal Contractor for the Worksite.
Traffic Management
The Organisation who is undertaking the Temporary Traffic Management in the TMP on behalf of the Client and/or Primary Contractor.
Type: Organisation & User
You can change who the Traffic Management is from the Worksite overview screen.
There can be multiple Traffic Management contacts for the Worksite.
Auditor
The Organisation who is undertaking Audits of the CAR or TMP on behalf of the Client and/or Primary Contractor.
Type: Organisation & User
You can change who the Auditor is from the Worksite overview screen.
There can be multiple Auditor contacts for the Worksite.
Affected Party
For capturing any other relevant Organisations or People relevant for the CAR or TMP.
Type: Organisation & User
You can change who the Affected Party is from the Worksite overview screen.
There can be multiple Affected Party contacts for the Worksite.
