Where you need to work on the State Highway network, use myWorksites system to:
create and loge an Early Access Request (EAR) (coming soon);
submit a Traffic Management Plan (TMP);
submit a Generic TMP (or PARS).
Create an EAR
The functionality to create an EAR will be coming soon.
Create and submit a TMP
For TMP applications to The New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA), create a Worksite and set the "Application Type" to "Worksite". Further information on the Worksite creation process can be found here.
Publish your Worksite. Then create a TMP. Your Worksites does not get submitted to NZTA. Leave it in "Draft" state.

Submit a Generic TMP (or a PARS)
When you want to submit a pre-approved re-usable scheme (PARS) to NZTA, create a Worksite and then set the "Application Type" to "Global Permit. Continue through the Worksite creation process.
When you have finished entering data on your Global Permit, click the "Create TMP" button - this will create a single Generic TMP in the myWorksites system.
Upload any relevant methodology documentation to the Generic TMP. Then submit the Generic TMP (or PARS).
You cannot submit the Global Permit. You may "Publish" it.
