EAR review decision correction
EAR Reviewers can now re-open a completed review to correct their decision — switching between accepted and declined outcomes — without requiring the applicant to submit a revision
The re-open action is available to any EAR Reviewer role user (RCA internal only) and can be applied to any completed review
Reviewers can update the review summary and select a new completion reason when correcting a decision
A revised decision triggers the standard EAR completion notification to the applicant, and the change is recorded in the Worksite History
Review revision history
Reviews now track revision numbers, starting at 0.0 when a review is first opened
Each time a completed review is re-opened, the revision number increments (e.g. 1.0, 2.0)
Revision numbers are displayed on the review page and on the worksite overview summary
A snapshot of the review is captured each time it is completed, accessible via the review history tab
Review PDFs now include the revision number
Navigating from a review to its linked worksite now reliably opens the current live version, even when a draft also exists
Selwyn District Council onboarding
Fee automation is in place for billing Worksite applications
Added modals (pop-up notices) to ensure applicants will enter the Purchase Order field when creating a Worksite application to Selwyn DC
EAR improvements for NZTA and MDC:
The EAR Impact Score calculation values have been recalibrated for NZTA and MDC
The Primary Impact field on the EAR Details page now includes updated tooltip text and supporting guidance to help applicants select the correct impact type — including clarification on how to classify Stop/Go and Stop/Stop operations

Bug fixes
Corrected an error where TMP acceptance conditions were not loading for CCC users, preventing them from approving TMPs
Resolved an error that prevented AT Works Coordination Reviews from being submitted
Eliminated an issue where PDF generation failed when a Review Summary contained inline images
Resolved an issue where TMP PDF generation was failing after a change to the public resources endpoint
Restored missing road names and numbers on maps — Mapbox map layers have been updated to display street information of new developments
Improved handling of an error where CCC users could not view or tick Generic TMP acceptance conditions when approving TMPs — a robust fix was applied in a follow-up release after an initial mitigation
Corrected a data issue for worksites imported from Submitica where a missing 'Other' work item type caused revisions to fail

Road Space Bookings (RSBs): Significant development work is underway on Road Space Booking functionality within myWorksites. We'll share more details as this capability approaches release.
