Existing Worksite applications to NZTA have been converted to Early Access Requests (EAR) in January 2025 to allow users to make changes on these application types via the revision process.

With the introduction of the EAR workflow to the myWorksites system, the additional information for the EAR process is now captured directly in the system. Applicants no longer need to create or attach a spreadsheet.

Instead, this information must be entered into the EAR Details page within the application.

When users create a revision, the Early Access Request Details section becomes editable.

Users will need to provide answers to all questions on this page.

For detailed information on the EAR process, see Early Access Request (EAR) applications.

This article relates to a one-off automatic conversion of Application types with specific criteria and only applied to some existing applications at that point in time. Application types cannot be manually changed or amended by users or the myWorksites team.
