What do I do once my application is accepted?
Once your application is accepted, you can see the status change to "Accepted" for your Worksite or TMP.
An accepted Worksite (Corridor Access Request) does not necessarily mean the associated TMP has also been accepted.
Some RCAs process Corridor Access Requests and Traffic Management Plans separately, using seperate specialist teams. Please ensure both have been accepted before starting work.
Before you start work:
1 - Review your acceptance conditions
Check for any specific requirements or restrictions the RCA has included.
There may be acceptance conditions for the Worksite, and a different set of conditions for TMPs. Make sure you check both.
2 - Confirm your work timing
Ensure your planned start date still aligns with your accepted timeframe.
Once your "Work window" approaches, the relevant Worksite will be displayed on the Applicant dashboard.
3 - Prepare your work site
Organise equipment, materials, and personnel according to your accepted plans.
4 - Notify the RCA
Follow the required notification procedures before starting work.
Use the "Start Work" and "Work complete" functionality in the myWorksites system to notify the RCA of these crucial steps.
Don't start any work until you've completed the notification requirements - working without proper notification can result in permit cancellation or penalties being incurred.
