Handling Commercially Sensitive File Uploads
If some of the files required for your application are commercially sensitive, you can mark these files as such during the upload process.
Marking Files as Commercially Sensitive
The files that can be marked as commercially sensitive are found in:
The Methodology section of Generic TMPs
The TMP layout Supporting Files section
Steps to Mark Files as Commercially Sensitive
Upload Files: First, upload or choose the files you want to mark as sensitive.
Enable the Checkbox: Once files are uploaded, the checkbox labeled “Document(s) contain sensitive information” will be enabled.
Mark Sensitive Files: In the Commercially Sensitive column, check the box next to the file(s) you wish to mark as sensitive.
Provide a Reason: A text box titled "Reason" will appear next to the checkbox. You are required to provide supporting information explaining why the file is sensitive. This reason helps the reviewing RCA make a determination.
If a file is marked as sensitive without a reason, you will receive an error.
After providing the reason, you can save or submit the layout or Generic TMP, provided all other required information is complete.
Where to View Sensitive Files and Reasons
Layouts Listing in the Parent TMP: Sensitive files, along with their supporting reasons, can be viewed here.
Methodology Section of a Generic TMP: Sensitive files will also be visible here.
You can click on the View reason link for any sensitive file to see the provided details in a pop-up window.
Access Control for Sensitive Files
Access: Commercially sensitive documents are only accessible to users within the applicant’s organisation, the RCA, and those granted permission on the TMP.
Distribution: The applicant is responsible for sharing these documents with anyone else who needs them (e.g., on-site STMS).
Sensitive files will also appear as attachments to the TMP PDF certificate if they are uploaded to a TMP layout. Users without permission to view these sensitive files will still be able to download the TMP PDF certificate, but only non-sensitive files will be attached.
