Resetting a forgotten password
If you forget your password you can reset it.
Use the "Forgot your password?" link under where you normally log in.
We will send you a reset link via email. Follow the reset instructions in the email.
Warning: too many incorrect log in attempts will put your account into a 'locked' state, where you will be unable to log in or reset your password for 30 minutes.

Changing your password for most users
You can change your password by selecting the ‘Edit Profile’ link within the User menu on the top right of your screen.
At the bottom of the edit profile settings, you are able to update your password.
Enterprise users using Single Sign-On
Paid enterprise users have the option to use Single Sign On. In order to change your password you will need to do so via your organisations' single sign system. Search your internal intranet for instructions or make a request directly to your own IT team.
