Updated PDF generation to avoid crashes on certain user-supplied PDF files.

Addressed a token expiry issue affecting Christchurch City Council single sign-on.

Corrected an issue where road space booking detours weren't appearing on the planning map.

​Corrected system behaviour where Worksite "full closure" column shows/filters as "No" for all entries.

Ensured that the Quicksearch bar does not clear search box when user is hitting enter.
