Because our helpdesk is not part of any application processing teams at the Road Controlling Authorities (RCAs), we are unable to advise on the status and processing timeline of individual Worksites/TMPs.


However, once a Worksite or TMP has been submitted, you will have the ability to communicate with the RCA you've submitted an application to by adding a comment in the 'Comments, Images and Files' panel of a Worksite/TMP.


Once a Corridor Access Manager or Traffic Management Coordinator at the RCA is assigned to a Worksite or TMP, their contact details will also be added to the Worksite / TMP, under RCA Assignee. You will be able to contact them regarding your applications directly.
