I am a private individual or member of an organisation, how do I change my password?
You can change your password by selecting the ‘Edit Profile’ link within the User menu on the top right of your screen.
At the bottom of the edit profile settings, you are able to update your password.
I work for Auckland Transport or Christchurch City Council/Christchurch Transport Operations Centre (Non-NZTA), how do I change my password?
You will have to follow the password reset instructions to your intranet, set by your internal IT team.
