Accessing Assurance Check reports
Navigate to Assurance Checks in the menu bar, then select Reports. The reports page displays all Assurance Checks within your jurisdiction in a searchable table.
Accessing checks by status
How you can interact with an Assurance Check depends on its current status:
Status | Access |
In progress | Opens in the editable workflow. |
Completed | Can be opened as a PDF or as a read-only view of the form. Both options are available from the reports table. |
Discarded | Read-only view only, accessible from the Reports table. No PDF is generated for discarded checks. |
Filtering and sorting
Filter by date range - Set start and end dates to view Assurance Checks within a specific timeframe. This is useful for monthly or quarterly reporting.
Sort columns - Click on any column header to sort the data in ascending or descending order. This helps you quickly find specific Assurance Checks or organise data by Officer, date, or status.
Customise visible columns - Click the Show/Hide columns icon (looks like two columns) above the reports table on the right-hand side, under the Export button. Toggle columns on or off based on what information you need to see. Many columns are hidden by default but can be turned on individually. Enable all columns or turn individual columns on or off within the columns control panel, or re-order the column order by dragging the order of columns up or down in this menu.

Viewing Assurance Checks
Click on the link in the first column ("Assurance Check code") in the table to open a read-only view of the relevant Assurance Check on screen. This single-page view displays all information captured in the Assurance Check workflow, including G check results, site details, and any supporting documentation.
Accessing PDFs
For completed Assurance Checks, click the Actions button on the right side of the row to download the PDF of the completed Assurance Check.
Exporting reports
Click the "Export" button to download a CSV file of Assurance Check related data. The CSV includes all data (all available columns) and respects your date filter selection.
It is highly recommended you specify a date range before exporting.
Finding Assurance Checks from TMP or Worksite history
Completed Assurance Check PDFs also appear in the history panel on TMP and Worksite overview pages. This provides quick access when you're already viewing a specific TMP or Worksite and want to see associated Assurance Checks without navigating to the Reports page.
