Defects resolved-

  1. The  "save & return" function in the Worksite extent map is now working as expected.

  2. The issue with saved Worksites/TMP searches occasionally failing to load has also been resolved.



New Helpdesk widget available! 


The new widget is green in colour and will be available at the bottom right corner on every page in myWorksites including the login page. This makes the support desk accessible to even those without a registered account. 









The widget prompts you to search for help articles from our Help Centre, using keywords.












And of course, if you do not find what they need, you can easily ‘Contact us’.





The 'Contact Us' form includes prompts for what necessary information to provide us. Once submitted, our support team will be in touch with you.


Update to Notification email Subject line.

Our email notifications now feature an ID# prefix in the subject line to differentiate between worksite/TMP messages. 

Additionally, we’ve included a link to the application for your convenience.
