To apply for a Non-excavation Corridor Access Request (NECAR), you can follow the instructions in our detailed guide to creating Worksites here, and select 'Non-excavation' as the 'Type of Worksite' on Step 2 of the process (Worksite Details).
Please note that some Road Controlling Authorities requires a Traffic Management Plan (TMP) submitted along with your NECAR application.
