Sometimes, after a MyWorksites update, your browser may store an old version of the system in its cache, which can cause issues like blank screens after logging in.

1. Try a Different Browser

If you're experiencing this issue, first try logging in with a different browser.

2. Clear Your Browser Cache

If using a different browser doesn’t help, clear the cached files from your current browser. Clear your cache for at least the last hour to refresh the stored files.

In Chrome, for example, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Delete Browsing Data. The process is similar in other browsers.
